As well as being the heart of Italian wine production and the home to the the King of Italian wines "Barolo", and the region for the famed "white truffle", the region is also the home to the international Slow Food Movement with the university of Gastronomic's located in one of the small villages in the Roero region. With numerous artesian producers of cheeses, bread's, salami's and cured meats, gelato, Olive Oil and much much more, you have access to a smorgasbord of gastronomic delights all within short distance of Barolo. Our adventures give you the chance to see what is normally not for the general tourist, a chance to delight the senses while taking an active involvement in the process and getting a true feel for the the local culture.

Are you an active tourist and love to cycle?. Barolo lies in the heart of one of the best riding regions in Italy, offering you far more diversity than any other region in Italy. From riding the roads of Giro Di Italia and Le Tour champions, to climbing the 2nd and 3rd highest road passes in Europe, from the vineyards to the Riviera to rolling hills and challenging champion climb courses. Road bikes to mountain bikes, whats your preference?
We can build a custom tour for a day, a week or a long weekend, to suite your level and your plans. Set cycle dates tours are also available to take advantage of local events.
All adventures are flexible and can be fully supported with a ride captain and support cars, through to self guided options. Combine your love of food with your love of cycling, and importantly we cater for partners that have absolutely no interest in cycling, so you can both enjoy yourself.

A bulk of the rated breweries are located in the North and on our door step. The tours are built around your plans and available time and include guided tours of our own brewery partners plus some special venues that only supply the Italian market. Meet the brewer, drink their beers, dine in a range of the new brew pubs popping up over Italy. Work with the brewer (season and time permitting), and all in all indulge your love of craft beer while experiencing all Italy has to offer.
